Ajay Devgn, born Vishal Veeru Devgan, is a renowned Indian actor, filmmaker, and producer working primarily in Bollywood. Known as a top-tier actors, he has acted in over 100 films and received several honors, including 4 National Film Awards and four Filmfare Awards. In 2016, he was honored with the Padma Shri, India's prestigious civilian award. Devgn made his acting debut with the action-romance *Phool Aur Kaante* (1991), a commercial success that catapulted him to fame. He subsequently featured in successful action films such as *Jigar* (1992), *Suhaag* (1994), *Vijaypath* (1994), and romantic hits like *Ishq* (1997) and *Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam* (1999). His critically acclaimed performance in *Zakhm* (1998) earned him a prestigious National Award.
